Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data that Unprompted holds about you or your business, including data processed through connected platforms like Meta, Instagram, and Facebook.

What data we may hold

Depending on how you or your business uses the Unprompted platform, we may hold:

  • OAuth tokens for connected Meta, Instagram, or Facebook accounts
  • Ad metrics and campaign performance data pulled via the Meta API
  • Cached post content and publishing history
  • Audience and page insights data
  • AI-generated content created on your behalf
  • Usage and activity logs associated with your account

How to request deletion

Email hello@unprompted.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your name or business name and your connected Instagram account, Facebook Page, or the email address associated with your account. We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days.

What happens after you request

Within 30 days we’ll delete:

  • All OAuth tokens linked to your account
  • All Meta API data associated with your account
  • All cached content and publishing history tied to your account
  • All AI-generated content tied to your account
  • Activity logs associated with your account

What we keep

We retain records required by law, such as billing and financial records, for as long as legally required.

Confirmation

We’ll email you when deletion is complete.
